Questions about pricing
How do I upgrade?
In the app: open Settings → Plan and choose Team or Studio. Until paying by card is ready there, that screen lets you email support@ordabook.com, and we’ll move your business up.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is ever deleted. Your business moves to Solo: you choose who stays within its team, and the others are paused until you move back up. Parts past the plan become read-only: pay statements and capacity figures stay readable, but nothing new is made. Your shop page goes offline, with its showcase kept. Move back up and everything comes back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, for a billing mistake. Write to support@ordabook.com.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs 20% less: ₦48,000 for Team and ₦144,000 for Studio.
Is there a fee on online payments?
Yes, on every plan: OrdaBook takes ₦100 from each payment a customer makes online, collected by the payment provider. Payments you record yourself, in cash or by transfer, cost nothing.
