OrdaBook is for running a real custom-order business. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who signs in, and to how a business uses the links and messages OrdaBook makes for its customers.
Do
- Use OrdaBook for lawful business, and keep true records.
- Record your customers’ details only for their orders, and ask before taking a portrait or passing their details to another business.
- Keep your password and PIN to yourself, and remove people who leave your business.
Don’t
- Make fake receipts, payment records, approvals or pay statements, or record a payment that wasn’t made.
- Use the messages OrdaBook prepares (on WhatsApp, by email or text) to send spam, or to harass, threaten or mislead anyone.
- Record anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to keep, such as someone else’s confidential information.
- Try to see another business’s records, or get round a limit, a permission or how OrdaBook checks who you are.
- Scrape OrdaBook, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or attack it, or help anyone else to. If you think you’ve found a security problem, please tell us at support@ordabook.com instead.
- Make fake businesses or invites to earn rewards.
- Resell or rent out OrdaBook without our written agreement.
If the rules are broken
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account or business that breaks this policy, with a warning first where we can. Please report anything you think breaks it to support@ordabook.com.
